The
Indian
Green building council (IGBC) developed the Leadership
in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED-INDIA)
Green Building Rating System as a nationally and internationally
accepted benchmark for the design, construction and
operation of high performance green buildings.
Varasiddhi group's latest project Crosswinds,
offering a selection of 1.5, 2 & 3 BRHK Apartments
and shops with all amenities - Swimming pool, gymnasium,
Landscaped garden, is a pre-certified and LEED-INDIA
rated building.
Crosswinds is one of the first SRA projects
in Mumbai to have been accredited by LEED. It is one
of the tallest residential towers in Bhandup, each apartment
in this 22 storied, sky-touching space offers ample
natural light, cross ventilation and a breathtaking
