Varasiddhi Infrastructure, formed in 2006, began as a small endeavour by a group of professionals in 2000. In a few years, they joined hands with 'Aishwarya Developers' and have been jointly undertaking various assignments, including redevelopment projects since then. This partnership did many re-development projects in Nehru Nagar, Kurla, between 2002 and 2006.

Gaining momentum and experience in running an organization, the young entrepreneurs decided to consolidate their business and work as a brand to create a niche in the redevelopment sector. Thus was born Varasiddhi with a purpose of realising dreams by giving them shape. The team then grew to include a few more experts who brought with them legal and operation skills.

Today, we have grown not only in size and turnover, but also as reputed redevelopers with projects in Mumbai and around; that include Tardeo, Nehru Nagar, Ghatkopar, Thane, Dombivali, Vasai, Shahapur, and more. Sheer enthusiasm and a positive attitude have seen us through our journey of success, helping us set milestones in the niche area of redevelopment.

Following the ‘invest in people’ principle, we give due recognition to employees’ contribution to quality, enhancing motivation and job satisfaction. We have grown almost tenfold in just a few years, from 3 to a workforce of 40 and from zero market access to properties worth crores.
